1. Introduction

The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the User (hereafter referred to as You) and the discountonline.be a (hereafter referred to as We) and both parties accept these conditions unreservedly. These general conditions of sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written prior dispensation. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale, having read them. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and discountonline.be as they have been designed to protect your rights as a valued customer and to protect our rights as a business and to create an understanding between us.

2. Your order

3. Satisfaction Guaranteed

Our no quibble 14 working days money back warranty beginning the day after the goods are received means you can return your purchase if you change your mind.
On return we are obligated to charge 10% fees for testing and packing the product in it original state.

Please ensure that the product has not been used and that it is returned to us undamaged in the original packaging along with all accessories and instructions and all we ask is that you pay the return product costs (with insurance). Once notified of your intent to cancel we will refund your original method of payment within 30 days. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable will be either: - returned to you with the cost of the return product charged to your account or - refunded to your account with a 15% penalty of the initial price of the good. If you wish to exercise this right please contact us within the seven day period on our customer service line . Also, please note that software packages may only be returned unopened.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on our site are including of VAT at the current rate and excluding of delivery costs. All our prices are given in Euros. taking into account all relevant taxes, including VAT. This price includes the price of the product,excl. handling charges, packaging and transportation costs. Furthermore, the public prices listed on the site are the prices generally approved and recommended by the manufacturers. discountonline.be has the right to change the prices at all time.(the prices on discountonline.be are indicatif)The extra actions are only valid in belgium.

5. Product information
The photographs illustrating the products are not part of the contract. If there are any errors in them, we may in no way be held liable for this. We cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the information contained within specification sheets and product descriptions provided by our partner suppliers. This applies in particular when any technical or physical alterations are made to the product on the initiative of our partner suppliers. All our offers are valid only while stocks last. All accessories included in our large range of bundles sold on discountonline.be.be are accessories of compatible brands but not of manufacturer brands.

6. Delivery

Please note that since discountonline.be does not deliver on weekends your order placed on a Friday will be delivered to you on the following Tuesday providing that your product is in stock at our warehouse.

Please note that discountonline.be will not be liable in the eventuality of late deliveries should it concerns a direct responsability with are shipping partner. Upon receipt of your order, please ensure that the device is in good working order. If there are any apparent faults, the buyer shall be entitled to return the product under the conditions set down in the present document. The vendor is exempted from his/her obligation to deliver in the event of war, riots, fire, strikes, accidents and in the event that he/she finds it impossible to obtain supplies. Goods are always transported at the risk of the consignee.

Damage in transit: You must always check your package upon arrival. If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier/s delivery consignment note before the driver leaves and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of goods as shown on the invoice in the box. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note before the driver leaves and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Faulty Goods

We will replace, refund or repair faulty products if they are deemed to be faulty on arrival. All potential faulty products will be examined by our after-sales service to get a first technical diagnostic. If we are unable to detect a fault, it may be necessary for us to return the goods to the manufacturer for confirmation before we are able to either repair them or supply a replacement. Please note that such process can last up to 4 weeks. Please note that all faulty products must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging along with all accessories and instructions. For refund, in the unlikely event that an accessory is missing or that the original package has been damaged we will apply to you a 15% penalty cost of the initial price of the good. No replacement will be authorized if accessories and instructions are missing and/or the product is receive damaged and/or the product comes without the original packaging.

8. Availability
Our web site is regularly updated throughout the day, to ensure that we provide accurate details on product availability and the listed time limit is regularly updated. We endeavour to ensure availability on all our advertised items is constant, however we cannot warranty availability. In the unlikely event that your chosen item is unavailable we will contact you ASAP to advise of expected delivery dates. If a product that has been ordered is still not available after the indicated waiting period has elapsed, we will contact you by e-mail or by phone in order to propose an extension to the waiting period or to suggest a different product. If for any reason a product is no more available with us,then the client has no right for any compention. We wil pay back any money already payed. 9. Payment

Once your payment received we will dispatch your goods. The processing of off-line payments may take several days. Please note that for security reasons discountonline.be.be reserve the right to ask its clients for a bank transfer payment for a first transaction. Moreover, for security reasons discountonline.be reserve the right to call its first time clients upon receipt of their orders.

10. Security Check

In an effort to reduce fraud on our website, we have issued new measures of security. All orders placed on the discountonline.be website are screened for security purposes. For us to proceed with your order you may be required to send us additional information and, or documentation. When this is required, discountonline.be will contact you either by phone, or by email, outlining what needs to be sent. This can be sent to us either by replying to that email, with either jpeg, pdf or gif attachments. We are sorry about the inconvenience this may cause you. These measures are intended for our customers protection, due to the large amount of credit card fraud on the internet, and to allow us to quickly reimburse anyone who has been a victim of a fraudulent transaction. This security process may cause a delay in delivery schedules. discountonline.be reserves the right not to process any order at its discretion.

11. Legislation

This contract shall come under French law. We cannot be held liable for any kind of damages, material, immaterial or corporal, that arise as a result of the malfunctioning or misuse of commercial products. The same shall apply where any alterations are made to products by their manufacturers. Our liability shall, in any case, be limited to the setting up of the order and we may not be held liable in the event of simple errors or omissions which may occur in spite of all the precautions taken in presenting the products. In the event of a dispute, our customer services division is at your disposal with the aim of reaching the fairest, amicable settlement. Failing this, the Paris Commercial Court shall be the only court with jurisdiction to rule on such disputes, regardless of the place of delivery or accepted method of payment.

12. Guarantees and After Sales Service

All goods sold benefit from the guarantee of conformity during a period of 2 years (Directive 1999/44/EC of the European parliament and of the council of 25 May 1999), beginning with the date of delivery, without any prejudice of applicable legal guarantees. Return costs incurred during transit are to be covered by the customer. Meanwhile the costs due to the return of the goods will be refunded if the guarantuee of conformity is applicable to the returned goods. The product should be returned by the national postal service .
No parcel should be sent to the discountonline.be head office.
When your product is returned, discountonline.be will take care of ensuring that it is repaired or replaced.
Any returned product must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice, a the guarantuee certificate (in the box) and a returns coupon.
The guarantee does not apply when faults result from damage caused by exterior elements, accidents (notably electrical, physical damage, misuse etc.) any actions that are against the advice and instructions given in the product manual.
The guarantee conditions also exclude all products that have been modified or repaired by the customer or a non-authorised repair centre.
On case of non-assumption of the reparation, the manufacturer establishes a quotation.
The manufacturer will demand administration fees, if the payment of the quotation is refused.
In case of approval, a bank transfer in the amount of the quotation must be effected for the benefit of discountonline.be.


The guarantee for products sold by discountonline.be does not cover:
- the replacement of consumables (batteries, lights, fuses, aerials, headphones, microphones, recording heads or playing heading&)
- the irregular usage or non-conforming usage of products. Please consult the instruction manual delivered with your product.
- malfunctioning due to usage with accessories (power cables etc)
- malfunctioning due to repairs effected by non-authorized personnel
- malfunctioning due to external causes
- malfunctioning due to non-conforming usage of the product (professional usage, collective usage etc)
discountonline.be cannot be held responsible for the warranty should the manufacturer not honour the guarantee.




The Goods Coupon is valid for 3 months and can be used on the ensemble of discountonline.be products. The discountonline.be Goods Coupon cannot be used on multiple orders.

13. Legal information and privacy policy

< Since the details you give us are essential for the processing and delivery of orders, for billing and for the establishment of warranty contracts, failure to provide these details will result in the cancellation of your order. From time to time we may pass your details on to selected third parties so that they can send you offers that may be of interest to you. You may opt-out of receiving all third party communications at any time by contacting us at: discountonline.be. 3. We may collect personal data from other sources in order for us to hold a more accurate profile of the subject data. 4. From time to time we will perform an analysis on our member and transaction databases. The results of this analysis may be released to third parties, but only in aggregate form and will contain no personal information at all. 14. Product availability

The order shall be fulfilled within a period of 30 days at the latest, starting from the day following that on which the customer placed the order. In the event of an ordered product being unavailable, in particular if this is due to our suppliers, the customer shall be informed thereof at the earliest opportunity, and shall have the option of cancelling the order. The customer shall then have the choice of requesting either a refund of the amount paid within 30 days of payment, at the latest, by email or a different product in its place. The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods upon arrival, and to report any damage attributable to the carrier on the delivery note and to discountonline.be, within a period of one week.

15. Delivery problems attributable to carrier

Any problem with the delivery (damage, absence of a product or products listed on the delivery note, damaged package or broken products etc.) must, without fail, be reported on the delivery note in the form of a "written reservation", and accompanied by the customer/s signature. The customer shall also be required to confirm this problem by sending the carrier a recorded delivery letter with confirmation of delivery within two (2) working days following the delivery date, detailing the aforementioned complaints.
The customer shall be required to send a copy of this letter by normal post to the Customer Care Service.

16. Delivery errors

16-a: : The customer shall be required to lodge any complaint concerning an error in delivery and/or non-compliance of the products in terms of nature or quality with the instructions given on the order form with discountonline.be on the same day as the delivery or, at the latest, on the first working day after the delivery. Any complaint made after this period shall be rejected.
16-b: This complaint may be lodged with discountonline.be in the form of: an email or a telephone call
16-c:Any complaint not made in accordance with the rules set out above and within the time limits stated shall not be taken into account and shall release discountonline.be from all liability with regard to the customer.
16-d: Upon receipt of the complaint, discountonline.be shall allocate an exchange number for the product(s) concerned and shall inform the customer thereof by email or telephone. A product may only be exchanged after the customer has been allocated an exchange number in the manner described above.
16-e: In the event of an error in delivery or exchange, any product to be exchanged or returned shall be required to be returned to discountonline.be in its entirety, and in its original packaging, by parcel post, with a Returns Coupon.
In order to be accepted, discountonline.be Customer Service Division must be notified of any product returns in advance.

The product costs shall be borne by discountonline.be, except where it emerges that the returned product does not match the original declaration made by the customer on the returns coupon.

17. Right of withdrawal

In conjunction with Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code

The customer shall have a period of 15 working days (fifteen clear days required by law) in which to return, at his/her own expense, any products failing to meet with his/her satisfaction. This period shall run from the date on which the customer/s order was delivered. In the event of this period ending on a Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday, it shall be extended to the first working day thereafter. discountonline.be Customer Service must be informed of all product returns in advance by email (write us). A returns number will then be allocated to the product. The product must be returned by Registered Insured Parcel.

Only those products returned in their entirety, in their original packaging, complete and intact, and in perfect resale condition shall be accepted. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged shall not be eligible for refund or exchange.

This right of withdrawal may be exercised without penalty, with the exception of the costs of return. In the event of exercising this right of withdrawal, the customer has the choice of requesting either a refund of the sums paid, or that the product be exchanged. In the event of an exchange, the charges for shipping the new product shall be borne by the customer.

Where the right of withdrawal is exercised, discountonline.be shall make every effort to reimburse the customer within 30 days.
The customer shall then be reimbursed by means of a credit to his/her bank account.

Please note that we reserve the right to change the above terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice as we practice a policy of continual review.
In the case where our approved After Sales Service informs us that it will be impossible to repair an item within the guarantee period of an item (based on the observations of the After Sales Service, not the customer/s) and/or when the latter is no longer sold on the market and/or produced, and/or when the time limit for intervention has expired,
discountonline.be will reimburse the client with for the price of the item with a Goods Coupon, discounted for obsolescence, with the following conditions and deductions:

" In the first 6 months following delivery, obsolescence nil
" from the 7th to the 12th month, 20 % deduction
" from the 13th to the 18th month, 30 % deduction
" from the 19th to the 24th month, 40 % deduction


The Goods Coupon is valid for 3 months and can be used on the ensemble of discountonline.be products.
The discountonline.be Goods Coupon cannot be used on multiple orders.
If the amount of your order is superior to the Goods Coupon, you may make up the difference through your choice of payment. If the sum is inferior to your Goods Coupon, no refund on the outstanding portion will be possible. If the order is retracted or cancelled, this Goods Coupon cannot be transferred to another item nor reimbursed.

18. Extended warranty

discountonline.be offers you two options for extending your warranty: The 3-year extended warranty allows you to extend the 2-year guarantee by an extra year, giving in total a 3-year warranty. The 5-year extended warranty allows you to extend the 2-year guarantee by 3 more years, giving in total a 5-year warranty. These warranties are valid in the European countries where discountonline.be operates.
This service is offered when you place your order. Please note that the price of the extended warranty varies in function of the value of the product.
Warranty extensions have exactly the same conditions as the manufacturers guarantee, they cover repair costs and replacement parts. If the repair costs are higher that the purchasing costs, according to the manufacturers guidelines, then the appliance will be replaced by an appliance that is either identical or an equivalent item, in the terms of this contract.
These warranties do not cover:
Deterioration resulting from changes or adjustments (apart from the usual operating adjustments) carried out on the warranted appliance by the Customer and without prior written agreement from the Manufacturer;
Expenses due to regular maintenance, the repairing or replacement of parts required due to normal wear and tear;
Delivery costs of appliances directly or indirectly linked to the warranty of these appliances;
Deterioration resulting from incorrect usage, including:
inappropriate use of the appliance or non-respect of manufacturers instructions concerning the use and maintenance of this material;
inappropriate or incorrect software installation.
Damage resulting from repairs carried out by non-certified persons or by the Customer;
Damage due to accidents, lightening, flooding, fire, poor ventilation or any other cause for which the manufacturer cannot be held liable;
Damage resulting from a fault in the system in which the appliance may have been incorporated.
